Fuel Your Forces for Success!
For years, the following questions kept surfacing:
What’s my goal?
What am I good for?
What’s my true value?
Am I my best version?
Am I on the right path?
One could spend a lifetime searching for answers to these questions without ever finding clarity. But I realized it’s all about connecting the dots as we move forward.
Sometimes, when you’re motivated, it feels like you have all the energy you need to achieve your goals. But soon enough, that energy fades. Sound familiar? Why does that happen?
Maybe the motivation that fueled you was a quick, temporary charge—enough to get you going but not enough to sustain you. It leaves you drained and unsure of your next step.
What you need is a different kind of fuel, the kind that’s unlimited and keeps you on track no matter the challenges. That source of energy is already built-in—you have it. You just need to activate it.
Even when you tap into this unlimited, sustainable energy, you still need a compass to guide it in the right direction.
Imagine you have an ultimate goal in mind that you’re striving to achieve, and the path to that goal seems clear. Now, imagine an internal or external force pushes you just 5 degrees off course. Where do you think you’ll end up?
Without a solid formula and the clarity to guide you back to your aim, you’ll likely end up somewhere else—and that’s fine if you’re okay with letting circumstances dictate your life’s direction. But if you have a specific goal you want to achieve, you need a system that keeps you on the right path, no matter the forces pushing against you.
For the past four years, I’ve been researching and studying the core forces that fuel us and give us near absolute clarity toward our goals. These core forces are your mindset, goals, and actions. But what controls each of these forces? And how can you manage the intensity and pace of each one?
The idea is this: If we can understand how these forces operate and interact, we can harness them to achieve our goals. This is the framework.
To help you get started, or at least to have a better idea about those forces, i have designed a free planner that you can download and print:

To dive deeper into the Agile Journey Framework - you can get the complete workbook here:

Those are the initial two formats that i've managed to create, but i am thinking about a new format for the Agile Journey Framework (AJF) that makes more sense, maybe an AI powered app, not sure, but i would love to hear your thoughts
